2506 E. Washington Street was previously a Chase Bank branch before Casared Capital acquired and repositioned the property into a thirteen-office professional building. The transformation included adding an entirely new second floor to the existing structure and finishing the basement level to accommodate conference rooms, storage, and a client waiting area. Completed in 2024, the project reflects a disciplined, adaptive-reuse approach to an underutilized commercial asset in an established Indianapolis corridor.

Converting a former bank branch into thirteen individual office spaces required rethinking the building's structure, circulation, and mechanical systems from the ground up. The addition of a second story significantly increased leasable square footage without requiring a new building footprint, while the finished basement added valuable amenity space for tenants. The completed building now serves as a functional, multi-tenant office property in place of a single-use bank branch.
