Completed in 2022, the Hamilton Avenue project brought together a private single-family residence with a detached carriage house positioned above the garage. Set within an established Indianapolis neighborhood, the design was approached with an emphasis on classic residential character paired with modern functionality. The carriage house was built to serve as flexible living space, giving future owners the option to use it as a guest suite, home office, or income-producing rental unit.
Construction on the Hamilton Avenue property required careful coordination between the main residence and the secondary carriage house structure, ensuring both buildings shared a cohesive architectural language while functioning independently. Attention was paid to sightlines, privacy, and access between the two structures. The finished project reflects Casared Capital's approach to single-family development: thoughtful design, efficient use of the lot, and construction quality built to last well beyond the initial sale.
