2810 and 2814 East Michigan Street were developed together as a single ground-up project, delivering eight new apartment units to the neighborhood upon completion in 2025. The two adjacent addresses allowed for an efficient, coordinated construction process across both buildings, from site work through final finishes, while creating a cohesive residential development rather than two disconnected structures. The result added meaningful new rental housing supply to an established part of Indianapolis.
Building two eight-unit apartment structures simultaneously required disciplined project management to keep both sites moving in parallel without sacrificing quality or schedule. Unit layouts were designed to appeal to a range of renters, balancing efficient square footage with comfortable, livable floor plans. Now fully leased, the Michigan Street development stands as one of Casared Capital's larger ground-up multifamily projects to date.
